I’m Jordan Mahaffey. For more than a decade, I’ve been the person behind the scenes making complex events feel easy for everyone else.
My background spans trade shows, brand launches, customer programs, hospitality, leadership gatherings + multi-day experiences—managing everything from strategy and budgets to partners, logistics + onsite execution.
Different rooms. Same responsibility: make sure the people in them never have to worry about what’s happening behind the scenes.

I spent more than a decade on the client side of events—building programs, managing budgets, working with agencies + vendors, solving the problems no one in the room ever knew existed.
And I learned what makes a planning partner truly valuable.
It isn’t just having good ideas. It’s understanding the business behind the gathering. Knowing what needs to happen next without being asked. Seeing the gap before it becomes a problem. Caring about the budget like it’s your own + taking enough ownership that the client can actually let go.
